TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections
Since 2011, it has been a legal requirement for buildings with a cooling capacity of over 12kW to have a regular inspection of their air conditioning systems. The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) requires a TM44 Inspection to be carried out every 5 years.
The aim of the inspection is to help your company improve the building's efficiency and reduce energy usage and carbon emissions, all of which can save your business money!
